AQUA AEROBICS

Aqua aerobics classes for people aged 60+, during which various forms of general development, breathing, strengthening, and stretching exercises are performed. They strengthen and improve individual muscle groups, improving joint mobility and flexibility. They also improve the cardiovascular system. Classes are held in a shallow pool.

Endurance and strength training in a large pool. Exercises supported by buoyancy equipment with “running in water.” The exercises engage all muscle groups. This training strengthens the body, improves fitness, develops motor coordination, and relieves pressure on the joints and spine. No swimming skills are required. 

Classes for beginners who are just starting their adventure with water exercises. Training that familiarizes participants with the aquatic environment and prepares the cardiovascular, skeletal, and muscular systems for exercise. General training focused on “feeling the water.” Ideal for people starting a training cycle, pregnant women, seniors, people recovering from injuries, and people who cannot swim. Classes are held in a shallow pool.

Aqua fitness classes for people accustomed to physical exercise in an aquatic environment. The training is general and strengthening in nature. POWER classes are based on strengthening exercises using equipment that increases water resistance, such as dumbbells, barbells, etc. Classes are held in a shallow pool.
